Brother, does R2 have any plans to make an official announcement? Players aren't properly informed because many don't check main discussions/suggestions/bug reports as often as they check event page once a week. And since this is a serious issue that concerns lost benefit not only to cashers, it would be in their best interest to properly inform and compensate players that have been affected.

Nope nothing else yet, i dont expect much either. R2 very rarely compensates people for there mistakes. If its downtime or something they will, but if they screw up u dont get jack

@ Haphaestus, r2 tries to compensate ppl for things like this, but you already spammed them. They're less likely to help you now. The mods have no control over that.
I lost a bunch of gems when I upgraded my slayer weapon a while back and their reply to me was they addressed my issue in the forums. That wasn't good enough for me. I replied to them with 1 letter. My argument convinced them their policy was flawed. I lost 5 gem in game with no warning when we get a warning every time we sell blue junk or higher. You needed to write 1 letter with your argument and evidence you sent real money. Paste the dated receipts with your letter. This is why I refuse to cash on games like this. There are too many ways to get messed over when you're dealing with such a dynamic game. All the unfixed bugs should act as a warning against future investment, like the disconnection problem in Island of Blessing. YES, I threw that in and I'm not gonna stop until it's fixed, lol.

Losing a few gems or getting DC from a event is one thing, losing 500$ worth of PC is completely different.

lol, PCs have no value since you can't buy them (Not counting soul shard packs). It's the mount fusion orbs & conversion stones that are lost. so its like $400-$500 per uprgrade that has been lost.

Ya but i cashed for items that can be sold, in order to buy that many PC, so basically its like cashing for PC. So if you count all of it, its more like 1000$ since i easily spent 500 just getting cash shop items to trade for PC.

Well this issue is officially out of my jurisdiction - so you will have to wait for R2 to deal with the issues.
For now, they recommended that anyone who experienced this issue, they need to file a ticket for it.

K i recieved a new Email from R2, well a couple actually, and it does seem that players will be compensated, not sure how, but thye are working to resolve the issues, its kinda complicated one, because they cant really prove who had LVL 20 mounts before, so i assume it might take some time, but they assured me that it would be handled.
