coupons cannot be traded and i hope the rewards are bound so trade option is removed mmm stuffs like bound gems or morph crystals(these can be unbounded right) or some awesome shinigami costume with a giant bleeding skull as mount and a death scythe as a pet mmmm i would love them all mmm well by the end of this week my new awesome PC will come so i can play CS again lucky me

You don't. The person said morph crystals can be unbounded (which is at the event master). Gems stay bounded forever and ever and ever and ever......

While I can see how you might think he's saying both bound gems and morph crystal could be unbound, he's not. That parenthetical statement is just for the morph crystals. Bound gems cannot be unbound, though shining/scratched can be turned back into coupons if you want to get a different (but still bound) gem.

All I can say is there better be another way to get coupons or your "perfect anniversary" is going to be perfectly ruined. The drop rate and competition for these coupons is extremely high and there is absolutely no way of getting more than maybe 1 a day the entire time this event has run.
