just wondering if suggestions actually get to devs

I ask this because I see 1000s on here, partner sites have 100s upon 100s, a lot of items aren't suggestions, but dire changes to balance the game, yet since CyS has been released, I haven't seen hardly any implemented and the main issues that 1000s have said need changed, haven't been changed. I know the devs have to agree with some items, and unless they don't even play/didn't plan this game out, I don't see how they can leave these majorly unbalanced issues in the game. Which leads me to my question in the title, do devs actually see suggestions? or just throw away/don't care?

This isn't a flame post, I'm (100% honestly) curious about this.

If I developed a game , I would want it as balanced as I could make it, persay.

We bombard the Developers with all kinds of suggestions.
The main thing is one thing: Will the contract R2 signed with the Devs to publish the game allow it or not?
The Moderators always take suggestions made by players - some will come through while many others will not.
There are plenty of suggestions I wish I could see implemented, however, it's never the case.

I hate Electronics Arts for a lot of reasons, cause its both a developer and publisher, but mainly cause they buy well-name game developers and do **** with those publishing rights. With that being said. There are 2-other publishers out there with lots more content and a developer who want to maximize profits with limited lifespan. Whose fault is it really.

isnt it comical at first how ppl continue to ask for changes etc not having a clue that r2 is incapable... then they start to get mad, still not knowing that r2 doesnt care. the cycle goes on yet so many morons continue to put effort in to providing experienced player feedback etc... all u ppl just need to stop trying because it wont get us anywhere. all u need to do to get a better gaming experience is stop reporting bugs for us players that are beneficial. that is the most u will get from r2g is if u just **** and take advantage like they do to us. damn.
