Try making a server that has higher exp and gold rates. For example on the gold start us off with like 5 gold and increase the exp rates.

It would take out the effort in the game. The Main Quest you follow give you coin rewards to some degree. Bonuses from Leveler Packs and Dragon Hunt Coins sometimes give you exp tokens.Helpful Links
