He's an idea- send your screen shots in a ticket to http://tickets.r2games.com so a GM can look into it.

Also, make use of the Report and Ignore features in the game, they are there for a reason.

Not sure what you mean..

If you put someone on ignore then you won't see what they are saying. If no one sees what they are saying, then no one will respond to them. If no one responds, they go find something else to do that gives them attention.

Report requires a certain amount of people to click report for a player to be auto-muted. So, if you don't use Report, then the player will never get their well deserved mute.

Filing tickets does work. It lets the GMs know there is an issue happening at that very moment. Sure, they will see it here too, but they don't sit and watch the forums, so they may see it tomorrow, then log into your server when these guys aren't even online or in chat and see no problems. Or, perhaps they end up talking to the people involved and issue a warning, since it is after it happened and not during. Filing a ticket for things like this is the best and fastest way to get a response.

Funny that. I was reading the language being used by a lot of people in those screenies and wondering if they got mutes too.

Zero you shouldn't have flamed my mother like you did it was a private convo and disagreement between me and another player that was resolved ur continued harassment of my members in every PvP Area outside of Sengolia has forced them to get you muted this was of ur own doing not ours

Edit: this Disagreement was in World Chat but the Flameing was not called for if i get muted that will suck for me but oh well i was not falmeing on a degree of causing issues like Zero here she hunts my guild members at gotor and calls it getting even for what a single player did to her my members are sick of the way she treats us so if im to get muted do it i don't care as long as her constant harassing of my members stops

Definitions of harassment:
a feeling of intense annoyance caused by being tormented. (The feeling of)
the act of systematic and/or continued unwanted and annoying actions of one party or a group (The act of)

I'm going to go out on a limb and say all my members have a intense feeling of annoyance because you torment them by killing them, and I quote, "every chance i get". Which then annoys me because I have to come kill you. Because, you attack nothing but my lowbies.

Now tell me who is harassing who? Care to try again?

I think about the harassment part stig gave a proper response! as far as the ignore part when they are swearing your mom ignore doesn't do anything!!

Also, auto Mute/ignoring of a person doesnt really work.
1. They can still bash your guild like she does and you wont know about it anymore
2. They just create an alt to go around the mute anyhow (Please see attached)
