    This post really shouldnt be needed, but it seems it is.

    Suggestion: How about you actually reply to and fix problems when people send support tickets? Specially paying costumers... I mean, some tickets you do reply, but some tickets you can have the problem for days...

    If you have any issues with the customer support, in other words, not getting responses within 12-24 hours, then you may contact a Moderator on the forums to forward your ticket number via PM with a description of your issue, when you filed the ticket and what your ticket number is.

      Ok. Thank you. Sent you a PM right now.
      Its been nearly a week and still not fully fixed. Still waiting the bonus items. No reply from support for several days now.
