it seems that when you hit level 35 or close to that leveling becomes a bit harder due to not as many quest and the exp given for them is not comparable to those of the lower levels it would be nice to have more quest for the higher levels and maybe more exp given for some of them ones we currently have.

The entire game shouldn't be about doing quests and gaining all your levels from them. There are a lot of quests to start off new players, but then they taper off to a more reasonable amount which separates the active players from the casual players- as it should be.
