It's a 100% +1. Other servers give one free when you +12 your weapon. I think SoH sells theirs for 2000 or 3000 crystals each. Something i'm sure many people would buy if they could.

It is best to use it when you are on that last +1 to being able to upgrade...Usually being the hardest one to get.

Correct. +15/+16 perfect time to use this item. R2 would make a killing on this item, but they already know this.

Bluestick redstick...ANYWAYS, yeah I'd def buy those for sure and I know they'd make R2 even richer because so many people are fustrated with their frags not going to 12+ Or whatver they're stuck on with it.
