The Title says it all. I believe that having to wait 24 hours after leave a guild to join another guild is too long of a wait. I think reducing it to 1 hour or letting players join another guild right away is better than having to wait a full 24 hours from when you left the old guild. I mean lose all your Contributes and Guild Skills anyway, so making us wait 24 hours is unnecassary...

Letting players join a guild or do such things is a way to abuse a simple system that was created by the original developers.
All the strongest people in separate guilds could all just go to one guild in order to win Land Grab and such which would be an unfair advantage.
The 24 hours is reasonable in my opinion.The King doesn't fall so easily boys -
