Also, for easier comparison of how underpowered priests are compared to other classes, let me summary some of the Eidolon skills here, with my point of view as a player:
Knight: 7.5s invulnerability every 30s, has -10% patk during the skill.
My comment: that -10% patk sounds like a decent downside in theory. However in practice, -10% base patk is nothing. This is made worse by the rather short cooldown and the fact that knights have Titan guard also with 30s cooldown. Combine those 2 skills with passive protection skills, here is what you get: for every 30s, a knight can the have the first 7.5s invincible (with little patk penalty), the next 5s they have 75% both reduction, and the last 17.5s they still have at least 40-45% reduction (that's a lvl 100 scion knight's average reduction).
Ranger: 2s invulnerability every 7s, also purges negative statuses and give debuff immunity during this 2s. Passive skill.
My comment: ok I know you guys nerfed the effect from 3s (original version) to 2s here. But I honestly think that the interval is still too short, AND status immunity (heck that skill is on par with priest's goddess embrace now), AND it is a passive skill (can activate during stun and save the ranger). Alone, that skill is not too overpowered, however ranger does have a skill called barskin that can technically grants full hp recovery + damage immune for 5s if used correctly. Also it is worth noting that they have a hp leech trap that in the long run, can leech even more than death cometh's old behavior...
Rogue: deals 205% patk damage and has 20% chance to instant kill, usable only when hp is less than 30%, 20s cooldown; or 1s invulnerabity + out of combat to allow restealth followed by 10s of boosted 30% patk, 60s cooldown
My comment: 20s cooldown for 20% chance to instant kill sounds pretty much overpowered, however this skill requires a low hp to use so it is rather risky. The other 1 is technically an improved version of shadow strike with bonus patk. Pair that invisibility skill with shadow strike and you can have a rogue chain-stunning you for 4s every 8s THRICE, not to mention that quick death deals almost 600% patk in 2s with a cooldown of only 15s.
Mage: a recovery skill that lasts 10s, disables the caster during this 10s but also recovers full hp. 30s cooldown
My comment: not as overpowered as some of the above skills. However it is worth noting that blink has a relatively short cooldown when maxed, so pairing that with this skill can get a mage out of trouble anytime. Or meteor is an aoe stun with high damage yet only 24s cooldown, pairing with this skill technically brings the cooldown of meteor to 14s. And on top of the 2 situations above, the mage gets out of this skill FULLY RECOVERED.
Priest: 10s channelling heal, or a random root effect that costs 10% hp and has 30s cooldown.
My comment: I will not state anymore here because I have said all the downside of those 2 eidolon skills in the previous tickets already. However I would like to add that, while every other class gets either something new or invulnerability, we don't have invulnerability and our skills are also nothing new (We already have aoe heal from circle of healing and healing wave, those skills might heal less, but give us more flexibility because of the low cast or instant cast. And the root effect from bloody arces is just plain worse than curses and ranger's wither trap, with all of them being mortal skills). And while other classes can combine eidolon skills with their scion/mortal skills pretty well to create some strong combo, we priest just can't see how those new skills be combined with what we already have to give us an equally strong combo (both in term of support/holy and offense/blood), neither is our hardwork of reaching Eidolon paid back through them.Last edited by R21892248; 09-07-2012, 08:29 AM.

They should really start looking into priest eidolon skills, not saying they suck even tough they do, but im not saying they are good either; bloody acres .. you cant atk the target traped inside if you are outside, you have to be traped in there with him to atk so thats clearly suicide, the only ting wrong with it is that you cannot atk the person inside ... to get priest back in the game the ones inside it shouldnt be able to atk and the ones outside can still atk but as a preist skill on a DPS SIDE(blood) we get bad skill nothing new.
The healing skill on eidolon doenst actaully suck that bad the only problem with it is the cooldown, please if posible change it to 5s to make it at least usable otherwise just useles skill, alot of people would rather put points in cirlce of healing.
The only upside of rebirthing a priest to eidolon is for him to not get left behind and to get the 26 SP and 130 Atributes, because the skills as they are now, arent any good and only usable just to mess around with people for fun, no uses in pvp(they kill you as soon as you get out because cant use it as escape if alot of players follow you unlike other classes) and not even in pve(eidolon heal) due to long cooldown(30s) and the interval between heals of 2 sec(would be better if it would be lower), you get heal from light heal each 1sec(not 1.5s cos of cast speed), dont see how priest would use sacred space since it heals each 2 sec(even tough you have high cast speed) instead of at least 1, they would just use light heal because it gives more heals.. so the lvl 1 heal skill wich you get at MORTAL lvl 1 is still better then EIDOLON heal skill... nice

most priest get eidolon for the extra skill points and atributes only even tough they put so much work into their priests, they get rewarded with skills that do not work as they should or dont work at all, GM's please do something about them and for... gawds sake, PLEASE MAKE THE BUFFS be as the description sais "Increases party members......" not Increase everyone's around the caster, please fix it and take into consideration the issues/bugs/problems the players are giving you.

what type of customization is there for priest then?
all of use will be the exact same = boring
well, right now thats how its going, only a few actually choose the blood>holy/hybrid path, and their mostly lowbies
