system muting

really muting players for spam. when it happens all the time just because it was 1 letter instead of words.. very stupid. you need to fix this. no impressed with the way it went ... i have reported people for spaming all day and you let them but you mute koda for doing 1 letter stupid as hell fix it mute every spammer or no one make it fair.
