Your best bet is to file a ticket with screenshots, though I can't say much will be done.

P.S. For future reference, costumes -are- tradeable as long as they are not worn. So when you use Trade and input your gold, don't confirm/complete the trade if the trader isn't returning anything.

well the first thing you need to know is that costumes can be traded unless theyve been equipped (hence the "bind on equip")

and the second thing you need to know is that r2 does nothing to scammers, at most a 3 day ban. they dont care about punishing scammers because normally it means more money for them.

so basically sorry about your luck, theyll just tell you to use caution when trading other players. youre screwed.
