so what happens if your proven wrong about a lot of the top ppl? torches don't really have much relation to how much someone cashes. you'll get some in your recharge packs ya. but those go like crazy. an there was even events for cashers to exchange torches for gems recently i believe. who's to say they have to share their torches with you or tell you how many torches they have in the first place? gms consult with some of the hardcore casher player base as well for ideas sometimes as well because how much they spent in game. think getting a visit in game from a gm because you spend so much an play so much an work so hard on ur char +guild. means that they did some legit stuff. i mean. if they were hackers. they wouldn't of been asked for their opinions on stuff then let walk by obviously in violation of TOS an continue playing when it causes damage to the servers.
i've spent 5k+ hrs playing cs since i played on my server. a few months after its main release. so older servers have had even longer to play. and who's to say some of those people aren't rich? i know one of those players you mentioned works for a law firm or something, lawyers make bank dude. should you be publicly trying to do defamation of character to get someone who has that kinda pull banned for something they aren't doing? this would quantify as legal evidence in court ya know. actually our forum rules prohibit this sorta thing. if you believe a character is violating TOS. send a ticket. don't go parading around misinformation when all you have is a photo of someone w a scramble name probably linking something from the shop. either requesting a item from a casher or offering to gift it to people. if someone took part in that trade and didn't get item. then that their fault for not using the secure trade system.
