I know this is a forum that has nothing to do with the Kongregate servers, but there is absolutely zero support over there, and since the tickets don't cover Kongregate servers, I felt like this is the only place where I could post this where it would might be read. There is no way to to talk to anyone in charge of the game on Kongregate. My issue is a genuine billing inquiry. I play on server 4, paid for 4000 crystals using kreds and has been several hours since paying without receiving anything. All I'm requesting is that CS moderators take a look at some of the issues on the Kongregate servers, and some of the billing inquiries.
I work in the customer service industry and have to handle at least 50, usually very angry people, per day since I have to deal with billing. This kind of customer service where there isn't even a hint of anyone working anything out with customers is unacceptable. This may not be the case for those of you on the regular CS servers, but then again, that's why I'm here.
Again, I just want to work with a customer service representative, preferably one-on-one, and get some help. Sorry for being a little bit pushy, but it's a bit annoying when you spend $50 and get nothing in return.
