  • My request is for genuine customer service on Kongregate

    I know this is a forum that has nothing to do with the Kongregate servers, but there is absolutely zero support over there, and since the tickets don't cover Kongregate servers, I felt like this is the only place where I could post this where it would might be read. There is no way to to talk to anyone in charge of the game on Kongregate. My issue is a genuine billing inquiry. I play on server 4, paid for 4000 crystals using kreds and has been several hours since paying without receiving anything. All I'm requesting is that CS moderators take a look at some of the issues on the Kongregate servers, and some of the billing inquiries.

    I work in the customer service industry and have to handle at least 50, usually very angry people, per day since I have to deal with billing. This kind of customer service where there isn't even a hint of anyone working anything out with customers is unacceptable. This may not be the case for those of you on the regular CS servers, but then again, that's why I'm here.

    Again, I just want to work with a customer service representative, preferably one-on-one, and get some help. Sorry for being a little bit pushy, but it's a bit annoying when you spend $50 and get nothing in return.

    You can select the kongserver you are playing on when you follow the ticket link on the server selection screen. Bottom right corner.
    There is also a thread on the forums where you can post your issue.

    However, the support for sure is terrible and the servers are directly related to R2.
    They should work on that support issue.

      I posted the issue, along with several others, and many of them have waited upwards of a week with no answers from the CS mods. As for directions for the ticket request, thank you for the directions to the page. I probably should've noticed it, but oh well. Hopefully, my issue gets taken care of, at least.

        Don't get your hopes up too high. One of my guildies, we are playing on S1, filed a ticket about not receiving crystals too.
        However, never got the crystals. The people who answer to the tickets are honestly not that intelligent. It takes several tickets and screenshots to get a problem solved. Most of the time, you'll just get a generic like answer that has nothing to do with your problem.

        I know that the GM Stormageddon (who else would R2CS Storm be) is Mod on the Kongregates CS game. He even has a GM char on our server.
        Maybe it helps to pm him here, no idea :/
