havent got crystal

i cashed 20$ about 20-30mins ago after the servers were back up and i havent recieved my crystal or anything

Was it your first transaction? If so, it may take up to 24 hours for your goods to be delivered. Also, do make sure your transaction was successfully completed - you can confirm so by accessing the My R2 section of your account and viewing your Order History.
