Can we have an egg event? I think it would be cool to have an event where you can win a random pet like Pen Guin instead of going to the Fate shop and buy a pet with crystal you don't (and sometimes cant) get

We have held occasional pet/mount events before - usually in the form of the token exchange. Last month's pet exchange was the Baby Blue Fish and some months before that there was the Rocky mount for exchange, so there are opportunities once in awhile. Keep an eye on weekly patch notes for any news regarding similar exchanges.
