Can we have an event that increases guild reserves based on guild level or guild skill level?

i was thinking of more on the lines of a guild reserves deposit where any items that you don't want or need you can put it into the guild bank insted of selling them which would be a real waste and other players would get a chance a chance of getting just that lucky item that they need or 3 withdraws maximum"You don't need a reason to help people" {Zidane Tribal**
