Pet 5 level cap

Since we can already summon special pets of higher level, it would be great to also remove the 5 level cap of pets for scion and above plane. This would benefit players to work on breeding or rebirth their pets without having to through all the hassle of leveling to 75 again.

I am in that situation, I am a level 64 scion and need to level to 75 before I can breed my two main pets ~ 1 of them is level 84 and the other is 69
