i recharged my VIP status 5 days ago I've wait but still there is no VIP STATUS sign on my character can you fix this bug. i urgently need VIP coz i will go 2nd rebirth.

Just curious, but have you logged out and logged back in your character? Also, are you 100% sure your payment went through?
