Spent 20 dollars to recharge 2000 diamonds and did not receive diamonds after 10 minutes or so. Repeated the same action and once again nothing. Owed 4000 diamonds. What can be done about this?

Want to thank you, received first 2000 diamonds but have not received second 2000 diamond recharge. Did that transaction go through for you. It shows that there was a second charge on my card. Please reply. -
