Several Items Not Resetting

upon logging in today I find many of my Items have not reset, How Should I Proceed?

Problems:
Solo Areana Attempts 0/10
reward for yesterdays Areana Rank - claims to be already collected
Gemology reward chests - claims to be already collected upto 1000pts, yet im at 910 pts
reward for yesterdays Clash Rank 342 - claims to be already collected for rank 422

the compensation is not enuf edge,, can you tell the devs to give us more ;p

I really hope there will be no bug after the reset time... some of my guildies at s22 are ready to leave the game if we had this longer than 1 day ~_~
