Help translate non-english message

Clicking on Cross Shop in shows the message in the highlighted portion of the below image. Its odd that the only non-english message I ever saw in this game. My browser locale setting is en-US.

Is the message asking me to reach level-50?

Yes its just a popup saying that you need to be lvl 50 to access domination shop. Thanks for posting this, i'll inform devs to correct this.
