unfortunately I will not be able to play this game for around 2 months So I'd like to cancel my VIP

I have tried Posting a ticket And It just keeps saying Error Occurred so is there any other way of doing it?

(It's for my armor game account I tried using the armor games support ticket too still said error occurred)

Hello, I'm sorry but the ticket system is down, however you can please give me your in game name and I'll talk to a billing person and see if we can get it canceled for you so you don't incur more charges. Thanks.
