New Player Rewards! World BOSS Event not registering. [GM]VetDruj requested to post.

Hi there. I spoked with GM VetDruj on the ArmourGames Server 1 because I have participated 5 times in the World Boss Event and have not gotten credit for joining. I was told to post screen shots of the window with the world boss and my email showing I recieved rewards. Here is the most recent result I got for yesterdays. I do have 4 more throughout the inbox though.

This is my first time posting, so hopefully images are view-able. if they are not I will try to edit and add them. Thanks a bunch.
