As you can see in 2nd picture, I did the inferno with 2 others in my server, but we are currently unable to claim rewards in the Hot Events.
Right now, me (LordXyz), St Razeriel and c84375109(no idea how did he come up with his nick) cannot claim rewards for both:
1: Finishing the inferno with S
2: Finishing 2 inferno attempts.
We waited 2h and none of us are able to get our rewards still, so I decided to post for help.
