Diamond Recharge

So I just spent $40 to recharge 4K diamonds for this event, to get extra resources for Tycoon, and the game froze, and they never showed up. I also didn't get the recharge reward which would help towards tycoon for obvious reasons and am hoping somehow this can be corrected. I am including a screen shot of my account to show i only have 21 diamonds still and it has been about 15 minutes now, and usually they show up within 2-3 minutes.
