inferno lag (black screen) when loading, counter starts at +30 sec

Since about 2 weeks I have problems with loading inferno. Several other of my guild have the same problem. When starting inferno I get a black screen and then counter starts at +30 sec. This means you can never get an S reward. I used to get it smooth before. I think it started after some update.

Pls check and fix asap

Yep it's happening in R2's servers too...coming from a player from there who gets it.

Oddly if we're fast enough we can still get S rank, but most of the time no, mostly A or B rank.

Not so hard to get rank S . Need just a little lucky. I get 2 rank S,white 30 sec lose at start..

Nearly 10 days later and still no reaction from support !!!! And lags are still happening !
