Hello! I've been reading many posts on here concerning the Rose Essence outfit, but all the related posts are many months old. I was hoping that someone could help me figure out how to acquire the Rose Essence dress to complete my outfit. Has the LoA system been updated recently to provide a way to purchase this dress or make it? I have been searching for it in earnest. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! ^_^
