Why may character sophiafaye in server 53 been banned?just open it a bit last night then i miss gauntlet,then this morning it kept saying you have been banned whats happening can you please help me to get may character back..im banned in al gtarcade game

The Issue I am having is , After opening the "Stable" interface, selecting a training mode, selecting Yes when asked are you sure you want to use this mode, I get a message that says "Set up Horse First"( I think this means horse or Mount,I could be wrong) and have found No information on how to do that. so it is useless to me untell someone tells me what I am Not doing correctly.

In Stable: Press on + next to your hero empty slot, select mount and it should be fixed.
