Mages manipulate the elements and fabric of reality to achieve their goals. Some approach the study of magic as scholars while others see the arcane arts as a wildly destructive blunt instrument. Mages can eventually change class to become a Sorcerer or a Mystic.

Mystic
Mystics are evasive and esoteric. They focus on agility and accuracy to end a battle before it begins.
= It's a agility type which your attack speed has an advantage on battle and its hard to hit because of its dodge. i guess

But internally it depends on what is your build and it depends on your gem applications and equipments. most of it deals with heavy crit and dmg than warrior

Warrior class change will be Berseker and Paladin .

I play a mystic and this is the build im using and works well for me.

Gems - M.Attk, HP, Mdef,Crit,Agility
I prioritized Mdef over Pdef for couple of reasons
- my mage placement is at backrow bot so the main hero gets attacked last and wont have to worry about any phy attk heroes attacking me for a while.
-current late game almost everyone will use boadicea and she is a mattk angel so having high Mdef reduces the damage i take.
Having high agility makes sure i attack first and its quite helpful at times.

As for skills i use shock therapy, frostbite and infernal core. I went for a crit build. Shock therapy increases crit by 28%,Infernal increases crit by 24% and another 3k crit from my gems and base stats makes my mystic crit a lot. Crits helps me take down players with higher br than me.

- For heroes i focused only on night sentinel.His skill does crazy damage ignoring def and also increases his cit by 30% along with my mystics infernal core he will crit a lot too dealing lots of damage. All the others heroes just act as a fodder while my mystic,ns and angel deals all the damage.

One other thing to consider is if you have VIP or not. If you have VIP, the Sorcerer is better because the crit bonus for VIP stacks with the class bonus.

Gems are best in this order: HP, MAtk, MDef. If you are doing PvP, the next two are Agility, Crit. If you are Blitzing, the next two are Dodge, PDef. Livestock makes excellent points about choosing MDef over PDef.

I'm not sure about Mystic, but I would probably go with the Blitzing approach for gems.

-Vip doesn't provide any bonus to class stats. You mistook soulrise crit for character crit. Soulrise is related to a feature that isn't there in game yet.
-Blitzing dungeons/zodiac = 100% win,even if you remove everything you win.

So you can remove all party and gear and blitz dungeons and still be successful?

Yes, try it out remove everything and blitz a high lvl dungeon.

It is an interesting thing to note, but without durability I don't see why it matters. Have you discovered any benefit?
