where i can use this items?, i try in forge but cant find them in list, ifany can help me pls

You use Emblem shards to upgrade your Character emblem, You need to be level 20 to unlock it.


As for Emblem Cores, You will be using it to craft legendary emblems that lasts for 7 days once they are added. Just save it for now.
