how can i unlock Vip second time? (i can't do it please help!)

I am vip 5 i must renew it but can't do it.
i click activate, than there opens new window and tells ''click to unlock it'' i press button.

than i click confirm.

after that it's shows:



if i press close it shows:



i traid to wait 30 minutes than refresh, log out ond log in. nothing changes. please help me!
