best hero skill attack + ???

Just a quick question:


Does the + damage literally mean what it is?

so for example, shadowraith is:
140% ATK + 180 -- means + 180 dmg? isnt that nothing? not a multplier?

ye its not a multiplier its that low but who cares important is that 1st part xD + ya can get crittical hit which do way more dmg
