My hunter (level 63) on a gta server uses burst shot, jungle law and mortal strike. Non cash character on her, usually top 3 in Wb damage.
I use these skills because of the extra crit chance and extra chance to get mortal strike fired for a bit more damage.
I don't think you can really go too wrong though using either first two skills for hunter though. One has more reliable damage the other with a bigger range.
As for Ranger its no question use the first skills they get from archer.
