Clearly there are people who don't understand how the New Player event and any Hot Event that includes Erebus works.
You HAVE to get the points specified in a SINGLE run as NONE of those events are total points. (per a day)
Blitz is great for this if you've defeated the bosses of the levels. (It usually awards the first run you do - if it's 300+ points)
Also: There must be a reason why the moderators don't want to answer that post in bug section about the Erebus points since players who've already gone through with that initial confusion know this already and will say the objective is to get the specified points in a single try.
