rage emblem doesnt work

I got rage emblem and my hero doesnt cast skill attack at the begining for the fight in battle...he use normal attack when battle starts...why is that? I have 100 rage shouldnt cast skill attack?

Rage emblem doesnt allow a start with skill attack. It gives you 25 extra rage. So you should have 75 rage at the beginning of battle. You do, however, get another 25 rage if your equipment is of the same set.

also if the other hero has the godly pants and hits u 1st it might drain rage and u won`t be able to use a skill as u should
