Update? Why does it make the games so lag?

I've been experiencing this in the past days. Was thinking the mods would fix this after updates. Yet, after update it becomes more lag.

Example, late response of the game. When i try to chat in the guild it takes time to show. Like 8 sec interval? Would you please fix it? or is it me only the one experiencing this problem?

We are seeing it on my server too. But it could just be all the stupid 7s being announced for now reason.
