Cross server is not working

hey the cross server is not working for me it starts a queue wich is always 25 mins. after the 25 mins are up i can`t join. it only starts a new queue. refreshing doesn`t help it is going on for several days now .

This is the exact my problem i am in S56 StarCrest mountain (the problem is like that i wont be able to get the wings as the runestones are not available for me yet)
