Loading screen for more than 5 mins?

Details: Hello, is there any problem with server 63 , for some reason starting from 10:00 server time it takes big time to load everything, i did a refresh and still i have to stay like 5min in loading screen and then after get ingame cant do nothing. PS : Its not my connection , all other websites works just fine , also forum, only game page is problem.
