TEAM TOURNAMENT reward chests

I have a question about team tournament rewards :

We won the group match at 4th position but we only got 1 chest : the one for participation reward.



the group match server qualification reward is mentioned as collected but I didn't get it in mail.



I just wanted to know if the server chest in group match is the reward for server qualification or an extra chest for group match winners.


Otherwise what is the reward for knockout match ? Just one chest or is the server chest included ?

Server S5 Boadicea's Glory: Heroes Esabria and Sonterra. I got the Participation Reward Chest on Esabria for participating, Sonterra did not get a team. I did not get the Group Match Server Reward chest for Group Match Server 5th-16th Rank. It shows that I have collected that chest but have not and have not received them via mail either, what gives?

This team tournament is the second time it has happened to me. Been losing out on the warrior marks because of this.
