Explosive Enhance

Is it just me or has the explosive enhance stopped working? I have not seen this trigger in well over a month and I'm a VIP 7 player. Just today I enhanced nearly 50 times on my hero's armor...nothing -.- I would like to see this fixed. Come on guys, enhancing is not cheap!!!! Thanks in advance!

I've enhanced over 200 times, right after tycoon, and it's only went off 1 time (and that was on my lvl 40 gear for my lowest level merc). VIP 6 with 13% chance. I think they moved the decimal to .13%.

lol That would explain a lot...I hope the fix it but that will probably take forever -.-
