Styx Not Working in Team Arena

My Styx will not activate during team arena battles. It shows I have a rage meter that needs to be filled to 100 points and it doesn't fill at all. Then when I would've normally had it activate, it gives my Aegis skill and then lags, then proceeds without my angel hitting. Styx works fine every other time when I'm not in Team Arena. I don't know about cross server though because it is still down on my server. Is this happening to all players, or is it a localized problem? Please help!

That thing is happening to me 2.
My styx is lvl 52 and it wont work in team arena.

Mine isnt working yet either..this was reported the day we got styx, and still nothing done to fix it..
