payed 2 20$ transactions and only got 2000 dimonds

If i dont get my diamonds by end of today (september 5th 2014) your going to make me miss out on an event and i don't like missing **** i have sent a ticket and im still waiting i need this fixed ASAP! before i leave this game cause frankly i am not pleased with the billing. FIX IT!
