VIP Enhanced Success Rate Bonus.... what does it do exactly?

Please elplain the Enhance Success Rate Bonus to me as a server member said it triggered at +68 and took his boots to +70 when he is only level 69??? Is that posible...?

When u upgrade more lvls at once and if trigger Enhance bonus, it will give u 1-2 lvls free upgrade. You can upgrade mythic gears upper than your level.
For example if you are lvl 70 and you try to upgrade mythic gear u can upgrade it to lvl 100(max).

it is possible, but doesnt happen very frequently. it can also activate at +2 enhance saving you 1000 gold or whatever it is at that level and not happen again during the 60-70 enhances which isnt really that beneficial to activate that early. just all very random.

Even though the mythic gear can go to 100, you cant enhance higher than your mains level unless you get lucky with an explosive enhance the last time you can enhance it. Heros i have seen that you can upgrade gear to the level of the main, but you have to be careful with taking gear off and on that they are at least the level of the gear to wear it.

I'm sorry for wrong info... It really cant enhance higher than main lvl...
So maybe this guy is lucky and his explosive enhance upgrade his gear higher than main lvl...
