i have level 29 healing totem before, and i do 1click and level up it.. maybe exp increase too much, my totem lv 31 now.. and i wanna upgrade but cant.. its bug?

It's not a bug, you just don't meet the requirements, which are shown at the bottom of the evolve panel. In order to evole a totem, you need another lvl 30 totem of the same kind (the one you have does not count toward the materials, because you cannot feed a totem to itself) plus the other materials. -
So you need 2 of the same totem of the same level ?
