Misisng Events S147

There as far as i know 4 missing events in Server S147, they dont appear in Hot Events window, pls fix this, need those, there are importan, principal is Taday Gift event.

I know that Today's Gift, Mount Exclusive Bonus and All-Round Talent is missing in S200

On server UA6, there is no Mount Exclusive bonus. But the rest is there.
