Cant collect tournament rewards for top 10

I am unable to collect the top 10 rewards for tournament I got 7th an cant claim rewards please fix. don't just say this has been reported I want action as if I don't get my rewards/ my new Victoriana angel im be realy ****** cause I never seem to get my rewards im entitled to with bugs like this. Server s16 ingame name Hotdog

try pressing Tab key until a yellow box show on that chest and press Enter

i have tried that an still cant select the chest to claim rewards its bugged an I know nothing will happen an ill lose my rewards yet again.

alls good someone on server told me a way to get it an it worked thx for the help i had to try it full screen an it work right away was able to click chest guess its bugged if play through face book
