Gemology stuck

I play Adrraiya in both The Four Cities & Abyiss _____ (??)
On both servers my gemology got stuck
In both servers I waited a day to see if new day (both for me & server) would fix, it did not

I have logged out of yahoo access to the server & logged in directly to the server (thanks to GM Vet Beleth)
I have cleared cache, refreshed browser, restarted computer

and in The Four Cities I had a gem energy voucher that I used

in both cases the gem screen is stuck due to no solution & there is no way to make the gems sort or to get a new screen without being forced to make a purchase.

This is my second attempt at reporting. In the first one it would not let my jpeg attach through image icon. So I tried drag & drop & when I did this it took the whole page & would not allow me to access the error report

YAY.. so resizing the screen shot down to 25% helped. there ya go

this isnt a bug, unfortunately there are going to be times that you dont have a match. All you can do is use 1 or 2 energy to move a color around to where it will match.
