can't do arena, garden and clash of might

Why can't I do the Arena, Garden and Clash of Might? I've already unlocked those features through my astral but still I can't do those. I don't even see those icons on my screen.

have you done the quests and completed instances? sometimes you wont get the icon or be able to do a certain task until you reach it in the quest line. For the first 30-35 levels, you have to do all the quests and not just level up by blitzing or patrolling experience, thats the only way the majority of the icons appear.
