Report GM Chrono

I was sitting relaxed and chatting with my friends in LOA on world chat when this GM Chrono arrives and warn me to stop saying bad words. But the reality is that i havent said any SINGLE BAD WORD. The stupid filter censor me romanian words like "***" which means " how" in romanian. I asked him if he want to smoke a joint with me to get more relaxed and he silenced me. Now i cant have any more fun because this ? What it can be done ?
